This commemorative piece depicts HMAS Sydney heading towards the sunset, with the Geraldton Memorial visible on a ghosted landscape. The memorial's 645 seagulls represent each sailor lost in the Sydney tragedy and are coming to life and escorting the Sydney and her crew on her last voyage.

This piece has been created for the commemoration of the 67th anniversary of the loss of HMAS Sydney and the finding of the wreck by the Finding Sydney Foundation.
